Homeland
Response and Emergency Management - Associate
Degree: The Associate
of Science in Homeland Response and Emergency
Management program builds upon the training
and knowledge a student has received in the
Homeland Security Certificate program. The program
expands a student's practical understanding
of the security field through in-depth training
in defensive tactics, criminal procedures, interview
and interrogation techniques, crime scene and
evidence processing, and investigative report
writing. A student also gains basic leadership
and management skills through training in community
relations, organizational leadership, and emergency
communications and planning.

Homeland
Response and Emergency Management - Certificate:
This curriculum
offers individuals the knowledge and skills
to enter or advance their current careers. Graduates
are trained to assume safety and security positions
in the private and public sector such as hospitals,
